Dollinger Hotel - Innsbruck

Really good breakfast offerings with a comfortable bar atmosphere.

The air conditioning system was faulty. Turning it back on was a hassle. The staff seemed indifferent, as my concerns about the AC went unaddressed. It felt frustrating to deal with such unresponsive service while trying to enjoy my stay.

What a JUST PERFECT stay, nothing to complain about. Outstanding food, excellent service and great view of the mountains. Top-class room, excellent staff - everything was perfect. Good location, on the river. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Pension Alpina nearby.

Noisy, right on main road and with no ac either we baked in heat or had too much noise. We moved rooms and that helped a lot. Showers had no pressure, just a dribble of rapidly changing temperatures. Although a non-smoking hotel, the smoke from the bar permeated the entire building, giving our group headaches. We resorted to damp towels under the door to try and stop the smoke from coming in, on both 2nd and 3rd floors.

The hotel’s modern aesthetic blended beautifully with traditional Austrian charm. Enjoyed fresh pastries at breakfast while looking out at the stunning mountains. The bustling restaurant ambiance added vibrancy to our evenings.

Good access from motorway and easy to find. Free parking on site in September during my visit. The walk into the Old Town takes about 20 minutes and follows the line of the river.

In common with many Austrian hotels smoke drifts from the bar upwards to the rooms. Acceptable for one or two nights but could be unpleasant if staying longer. The hourly charge for Internet was excessive although some bookings include this in the tariff.

The breakfast offered a great variety, including cereals and pastries. The room water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly .

What a good place! The breakfast spread was a real feast, y'all, with plenty of options to fill ya up. The staff were just as sweet as syrup, makin' sure I had everything I needed. I especially loved the cozy little bar, perfect for windin' down after a day of explorin'. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel is not so close to the city center.

The room was comfortable and clean and there was a good breakfast.

The hotel was beside a busy main road which made the room very noisy but if you closed the window it became too hot in the room with three people in there.

Really good breakfast and great staff

The breakfast choices were excellent, filled with fresh pastries and local specialties. The staff were really good too ensure I had everything I needed, offering tips for getting around Innsbruck with ease.

The air conditioning in my room could have been more effective, and I found the noise from the nearby street a bit distracting at times. Fortunately, the triple-glazed windows helped mitigate the sound significantly.

This is our second visit to your Hotel.. It is central to Innsbruck. Has marvelous views. We love the mountains and the beautiful scenery. We would definitely come again.

Marvellous and decent location to historic center, and 15 minute walk from Hungerburgbahn. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the guest room, plus a safe box, central heating and an electronic key card...
